Help us build a year round public market

Vendors Vision & Info Night

Could your business benefit from a year-round indoor market? Do you have a dream for a business that would thrive in a public market?

We’re gathering to gauge interest, discuss concepts, and hear ideas from potential vendors. Entrepreneurs will be at the center of the market‘s success, and your input will build the right foundation for the project.

Think Pike Place Market, but with a distinct Tri-City flair, showcasing many of our local talents. We aim to create a place that brings the best of the diversity of the Tri-Cities together under one roof.

You can read the 60-page 2015 Feasibility Study prepared by consultant Aaron Zaretsky, a 14-year director of Pike Place Market, who has consulted on the creation of dozens of markets around the US and the world. In short, the feasibility study says: YES, a public market is feasible in the Tri-Cities.

Our non-profit board is in the midst of collaborating with our partners at the City of Pasco and the Port of Pasco in evaluating sites.
